Throughout high school, I endured significant stress, which contributed to my gastrointestinal issues. I would often go long periods without eating in an attempt to lose weight, even though I didn’t have a weight problem and just wanted to shed a few pounds.
I also battled bulimia nervosa, consuming large amounts of food, especially when I was home alone, and then forcing myself to vomit out of fear of gaining weight. This phase of my life led me to start going to the gym more frequently. My binge eating was short-lived; I stopped once I realized my weight was healthy and that I didn’t need to feel guilty about eating, but rather, I needed to manage my portion sizes. This realization sparked my passion for nutrition science.
Around the age of 16, I had to choose a direction for my high school studies—science or theoretical. Given my interest in nutrition and my love for chemistry and biology, I opted for the sciences.

After graduating from the European School of Brussels III with a Baccalaureate diploma, I moved to the UK to study nutrition at Kingston University. There, I earned a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nutrition. I then pursued a master’s degree in Clinical Dietetics at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus, my home country. This two-year program included a placement year, during which I gained practical experience in hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, sports centers, and nursing homes.
I began practicing Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition in 2017 in Limassol. Since then, I have dedicated myself to sharing my passion for a healthy and balanced lifestyle with my patients.
In 2022, I decided to expand my knowledge in sports and pursued certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer. Now, I work in both fields, helping people eat better and stay active.
I created this website to raise awareness that dietetics is not just about weight loss, but also about preventing various diseases and disorders through healthier eating along with exercise.
